Hey there, Revolut Community ,
We’re back with another insightful post about Revolut’s endless possibilities! If you missed our last one, make sure you catch up and read it: ATMs — Everything You Need To Know
Do you like using your Revolut account so far? If yes, why not get paid through it?
Here’s the lowdown — your employer can transfer your salary to your Revolut account if you get paid in one of the following currencies
AED, AUD, BGN, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, EUR, GBP, HKD, HUF, ILS, JPY, MXN, NOK, NZD, PLN, QAR, RON, RSD, SAR, SEK, SGD, THB, TRY, USD, ZAR (available currencies may vary by region, and local account details may not be available for all the currencies)
You’ll need to share your account details with your employer. To get them, follow these simple steps in-app
On the home screen, select + Add money > choose the currency you want to receive your salary in > select Change > Regular bank transfer > view your account details. (These steps might vary depending on the region. To know the region specific steps, please check this FAQ link and make sure to choose the correct country first)
The fees and timeframes for salary transfers are the same as for regular bank transfers. Here are some helpful FAQs:
- For more info on fees, you can visit Are there any fees for adding money with a bank transfer?
- To learn about timeframes, check out When will the bank transfer reach my Revolut account?
PS, If you haven’t received your salary as expected, our What should I do if a transfer doesn’t arrive to my Revolut account? FAQ can help.
