Welcome to our community. Thank you for letting us know that you changed your email address and phone number.
Change your number in the Personal details section.
Logged in with access to old phone number:
- Enter new phone number
- Enter one-time verification code (6-digit code)
- Enter passcode
- Enter the 6-digit code received on your new number
Logged in with no access to old phone number:
- Enter your new phone number
- Wait for the ‘Resend code’ time to expire and select ‘Resend code’
- Select to receive verification code via email
- Check your inbox (including spam)
Not logged in:
- Tap ‘Lost access to my number’ on login page
- Enter your old phone number and passcode
- Provide your email address
- Enter your passcode and follow instructions
- If you fail more than three times, you’ll be directed to the in-app chat support
