  • How can I change my name? :dart:

Very easy! If your account isn’t verified yet, you can update the name yourself in the :bust_in_silhouette: Personal details section.

What if it’s verified? :cry: If your account is verified please chat with us to request a name change, you’ll need to provide your full legal name and submit your document, a support agent will review your documents and apply changes. For details, please check here. :rewind:

  • How can I change the email address? :e-mail:
  1. Go to your profile by tapping on the profile icon on the top left corner in the app;
  2. Select “Account” and then “Personal details”
  3. Change your email address under the ‘Email’ section
  4. Log in to your email on your mobile device and tap the link provided to you by us.

What would happen to my account if I relocated from Spain to Netherlands? Will my data be transferred between entities or I would have to close my account in Spain and open a new one in Netherlands?

Spain and Netherlands is the same entity!

All branches in the EEA that might provide local IBANs in France, Ireland, Spain are branches of Revolut Bank UAB in Lithuania, not separate banks.

That’s awesome, I thought that different branches were different entities. So in my example the IBAN would change for the new branch and that’s all?

Yes @endernull, when you change the country under same entity your country, address and account details will be changed. :hugs:
