Logged out, can't log in.

Hello! Please help!
I changed the phone itself, but my mobile number remains the same.
However, I cannot login into the app on the new device, on the old one it does not let me in, it just asked to confirm identity via selfie, but kicked me out immediately, so I could not even do that.
I can receive confirmation e-mails and SMS or calls. Anytime the app does not accept activation. On the desktop version the same issue, does not accept my selfie. Unfortunately, there is no other way to gen in touch with support, only this community :frowning:
Please help!!!
