Hi Revolut, I am a new user and have a verification problem.
My British passport expired in 1995 and I have never renewed it. (I am a British citizen by birth and have lived here all my life).
I dont have a driving license either, so what do I do.
I topped up by a debit card which is verified by the way and I have been able to use the app to buy BTC and Eth.
Please help

ps. I am on the electoral role so you should be able to verify me electronically.

Are you sure you are not already verified?
Have you checked in the app?

You need to contact the in app help. Type ‘Liveagent’ to get past the bot.
There may be a wait as help is a little slow at the moment.

The in app help is not work in either.

I also have a problem with verification.

What message do you get?

No message just it’s pending. And on live agent no message at all

If Verification is showing as pending you just have to wait for it to complete.

It’s exactly the same with me.

How many hours it could take?

I cannot answer that question I’m afraid but it may be days rather than hours I fear.
If you are unable to contact Rev via the in app function it may be worth using contact via Twitter.
