I am sorry I dont get the irony. How did Revolut “land in the US” and how would that be related to SEPA transactions? The latter actually do work, as you discovered it is your bank who is the problem here.
Alessandro, how many bankdo you know with this problem? Honestly, I don’t want to start a battle here.

A few months ago there was briefly a mixup with the BIC but that was quickly resolved. Unfortunately some banks were slow with their updates but by now even those should have fixed that. In your bank’s case that is obviously not the case, but this is something only your bank can fix. Your complaint should be directed at them. Neither the community here nor Revolut can do anything about that.
SEPA transfers work - I just received one today 
I am the first to criticise Revolut when something - within their responsibity - goes awry (but they usually dont care much anyhow ) but in this case they are not at fault.
Revolut is not a bank 
This pretty unicorn has a lot of fundamental problems when you look carefully, but you can still enjoy to ride it if you manage your expectations.

Ho un bonifico da Poste italiano fatto da mio amico 29.09 su mio Iban GB che ancora attivo, nn ricevo ancora soldi .
Ho scritto a live agents e ho mandato email e coppia di bonifico con tutti dati e loro dicono che in loro sistema soldi non ci sono.
Poste italiano dicono che soldi non sono tornati .
Ti prego aiutami cosa posso fare ancora.

Da 20 giorni che nn arriva, live agent dicono che soldi non sono arrivati ,ho mandato coppia di bonifico e email da poste italiano con tutti dati .
Poste italiano dicono che soldi non tornano .
Non so cosa fare come risolvere queata problema. Ti prego dic aiutare
