cannot use my card

Unfortunately, it’s beyond my power to change this. I cannot increase the daily limit for a newly added card.

The ATM at my branch in ABERDARE had a funny turn and gobbled up several
customers cards before being put out of service. That bank was very good
about and got me a new card in two days This card will be uploaded later,
please get it all cleared quickly as I need Euros

Good morning. I have a problem when I try to add a new card to top up my Revolut card

Hi Andres I have been with you about a year therefore could you please rise
the limit I can withdraw at a time. Othe similarly cgards are offering a
higher limit but I am loyal to Revolut.

David, I do understand, and we appreciate your support. However, as I mentioned I’m not able to increase your daily top limit for a newly added card. The app will do that for you automatically.

Hi, Andres thanks for getting back. You are on the ball all the time
looking after customer interests. I welcome that. It’s a shame I was robbed
of one card in my wallet and the other new replacement card an ATM chewed
it up. I only want my Revolt Card but unfortunately, I had to get another
card as I needed 3000€ in a hurry to pay for an engine job on my Explorer.
I have since ripped up the other.

I am not sure what you are saying about the app upping my

Hi Andreas, I have tried to top up my £ account with a Natwest card and I can’t because of an address issue. I have verified my details in my Natwest account and these coincide with the ones used in Revolut. One of your colleagues told me to try to omit done details like State or city using “-”. ( the minus symbol). It still replies me back with same message of address issue. Any idea of how to resolve this? Am I the only one having this problem? Don’t think so…

the best card of its kind, and yes I will be making multiply top ups.

Serious problems with this card in New York. It started with the Mta Subway machines, payment declined and so far now the card is refused everywhere. I even can’t withdraw any cash. and obviously the assistance is not replying since 5 days now. Where is the professionalism ???

I Undersrand your problem as it happened to me. Some ATMs will not accept
prepaid cards. I actually got my gas station to change for one that does.
This initial failed operation seems to block the card. That said Andreas is
normally excellent In replying
With first class assistance and I am sure he will if not already has. Check
you junk mail box.

I spread the word wherever and whenever Ias I believe in Revolut. In or
out of work in pubs and my club even with restaurant clients. I know that I
have directed clients away from Easyfix and some others and I am pleased
to do so as Revolut is simply the best…and I will continue to do so
