Business Account creation

Hello, I created a Revolut Business account, which I had access to. I had to confirm the account with supporting documents. Everything was validated until I sent a document and I subsequently received an email which told me: Unfortunately, we can’t open a business account for you right now. I would like your help to create a Revolut account because I have to collect from customers in the UK and I don’t understand why it doesn’t work knowing that I have a UK company (LTD).
