Verification taking a lot longer than expected?


I received funds into my account 3 days ago but cannot access these as my limits had been reached. I sent documentation to verify the funds and to increase my limits but it has been ‘processing’ ever since. No one is responding on the support section of the app.3 days is a bit ridiculous without any response in my opinion! Any one else with this problem?
