Hello so yesterday i made new account and since yesterday my verification panel didint change. Still stays as processing no one replied me from staff and i spoke with live agent. My verification panel tells me that i need to upload valid document which i did yesterday at 12am and still nothing changed. I would like just to someone notify me what is goin on. Thanks
I’m a heavy user of Revolut and have a high monetary limit. I loaded £5000 into the account and I have been waiting for verification for 4 days. I can’t get a response from the on-line agent!!
