Urgent - Travel starts in 24 h - can not Log In!

Problem:

I have cereated my Revolut Account using an SMS Service as I not own a Mobile Phone.

Theirefor I not know the Phone Number!

Never needed it as I had created my 4 Digit Nr that I still know as well as the Card Nr.

Also my Acount been Verified by sending my Passport

Unfortuenately I needed to Reset my IPAD what resulted I can not anymore Log In to Revolut using my 4 Digit

What to do now to Log In?
