Hi there,
I got a notification of a first unknown transaction today. It deducted my money for around 150 pounds. I then immediately freeze my card. Later on, transactions I didnt make keep coming up! This is so horrible. I got 5 transactions so far already (made in UK, Spain, Germany) and it seems impossible to chat with live agent.
I need my money back from a transaction I didn’t make and really need to know how this happen. Does anybody experience something like this?
Revolut staff please help!!
