Unable to change User details

Hi

I accidentally had a typo in my name when I signed up and now cant correct it. I waited on Live chat for three hours and nobody arrived to help. Is anyone from Revolut seeing this and able to assist me?

Ive seen @AndreasK as the name floated about this forum as someone helpful?
