Unable to access business account

Cannot login on the business page. I receive the confirmation email but once i click “confirm” i’m being asked to scan code. I then enter into some sort of loop where i’m told to enter my email address and then asked to scan the code but nothing happens.

Could somebody suggest what to do please?

Can you please follow the forgot pass code method and try again?

  1. Open Revolut Business mobile app (black icon)
  2. Tap Forgot your passcode?
  3. Enter your email address and continue
  4. You must open the email on the same device to reset your passcode
