I am from Greece but I am currently living in UK , so I activated my revolut account with my UK address and phone number. It seems, though, that when I am trying to top up with my Greek Visa Debit card, I get the message that the card type is not supported. Does this have to do with my activation details?

Probably not, I guess this might be the problem:
Greek cards are, AFAIK, or were last time I checked, unsupported due to capital controls

Hi there. Unfortunately, due to capital controls in Greece we currently do not support Greek Cards. We’re working on a solution as we speak. In the meantime, you can Top Up your account via bank transfer.

Hi AndreasK, do you know if the same issue is on German Debit cards?
I could top up since one month ago with this card and now the app says: this card type is not supported.

Hi there. No this particular issue is only related to Greek cards due to some local regulations. Have you tries to contact our in-app support team?
