Top up by transfer

Hello, 6 days ago I made a transfer to top up my Revolut account from a Spanish bank (now I’m in USA). I used the information included in tab “Local” so no reference number was included because my name appears as beneficiary. I have been trying to reach you by app’s chat during the last 3 days with no success. Please let me know how I can reach a live agent. Thanks you in advance.
