I was invited to sign up for your bank card. My documents never went through during the authentication session. My German residence card has just expired and I have not received my new one yet. The Munich Foreign Office gave me a temporary residence permit for six months. I am a student in Munich. I would like to get a quick reply from you.

Your identity document must meet the following criteria:
- It’s a supported identity document type.
- It isn’t expired, damaged, or unreadable.
- The photo is clear and all the required details are visible.
- The details in your Revolut account match the information on the document.
We don’t accept pictures taken of copies, scans, or device screens. For more details, please check this FAQ link - I’m unable to verify my identity
