Swift payment made but money has not show up

Hi, i did send money (1000€) on the 26/12/2017 to my moms Revolut account with correct SWIFT & reference numbers but until today it has not show up. My Slovakian bank statment shows that money has been send correctly. Any idea what is wrong with it and how to solve it? When we top up via our VISA etc is work just fine. But first time i send via bank transfer and this has happend. Thank you.
