In Poland the number to block the card is: +48128811742

Just go to the website http://revolut.com, choose your language and click “Contact” on the very bottom of the site.
In my case it’ll be an adress: https://www.revolut.com/pl/contact
You can click this link https://www.revolut.com/pl/contact and change language too. It does work.
