Hi there. Why can’t I order standard delivery for £5. Each time I try, I get directed to buy premium with no choice to choose standard.
So to be clear, it seems the only account you can have is £6.99/month?
This seems to be a recent bug on the app as more people seem to have this issue (see Can't select Standard delivery for shipping my card).
You can try to contact in-app support (remember to type in ‘live agent’ to skip the chat bot) and/or check back again tomorrow or so if it has been fixed.
