I changed my passoword today but not I’m not being able to login - both old and new password are not working.
I clicked in “forgot my password” however I keep receiving a message that something went wrong, please try again later.
Sent an email and received an automated eply with a link to a chat, but link doesn’t work.

Welcome to our Community. It is unfortunate that you are unable to log in to the app. Please start by following the basic troubleshooting steps.
- Make sure your Revolut app is updated to the latest version available
- Clear the device’s cache: iPhone: Settings > General > iPhone storage >
Search for the Revolut app > Click in on "Offload app/clear cache;
Android: Settings > Apps > Search for the Revolut app > Click on the app >
Tap on Storage > Clear cache.
- “Kill” the app (close it completely from the app switcher)
- Reboot your device (turn on and off)
- Try with both Wi-Fi and mobile data - ensuring that network connection is strong and stable
- Use an alternative device (if possible)
After finishing these steps , please try to log in again and let us know if you face the same problem.
