So everything worked pretty great the first week I could use my card contactlessly but now I can’t use my card at all. Not with ATMs or chip and pin. I’ve been in touch with customer service and I was sent a link to a site which didn’t load for me and when I told the customer service rep I was basically told there was nothing more she could do.
