Great for them its a shame they cannot respond to any community messages or operate a functional chat function in their app. Do any real people work for them or are they just hoarding peoples funds to increase their value?

Depends on your personal experience. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for an in app chat response, much better than my other bank.
