Revolut error in money Transffering

Hi Team,

When i’m transferring the money i’m receiving an error saying “We’re sorry, something has gone wrong”

Still not facing the same issue. Yes i’m trying to send money for another Revolut user from Sri Lanka.

Thank you for replying to us. Sorry to hear that your issue has not been resolved yet.

Kindly follow the basic troubleshooting steps first :arrow_double_down:

  • Clear cache & cookies: Ensure to clear the cache cookies on your phone.
  • Strong Wifi: Make sure to check your wifi connection
  • Updated version: Don’t forget to download the latest version of the Revolut app.
  • Restart device: Restart your device once

Once you complete the steps, please follow the below:

  1. Select Transfers from the menu bar at the bottom of your app
  2. Tap the search bar at the top of the page
  3. Select a friend or contact. You can also search by phone number, email, Revtag, or scan a QR code.
  4. Tap Send
  5. Enter the amount and tap Send again

For privacy reasons, some people aren’t shown as Revolut contacts until you pay them. If you face any problem, please check this FAQ link - Why can’t I send money to another Revolut customer?
