I’m sure you know this guys and gals - but in this ‘digital’ age - people want everything yesterday ! They want responses to questions immediately, and extensive delays or interruptions to service can kill a business. Just look at TSB !
You’ve a great idea and an innovative product in Revolut - but if you can’t do the human thing and engage with people and solve their questions quickly- you won’t survive; and that would be a pity as I like disruptive tech that challenges the norms.
Get more humans on the chat channels…or you’ll see lots of dormant accounts in the near future.
