My Nationwide app allows me to see quick balance without logging in which is useful when abroad using free wifi without incurring phone roaming charges during 2 level security to log in. (My present sim charges 30p for each text received abroad). Is this something which could be incorporated into your app?
i just tested and i could see my balance in airplane mode.
so it should work
