Problem with verify identity

Hello,

I got to sign up in revolut today and i tried to verify my identity.

First try everything went fine but my verification got refused (with no clear reason, the picture were clean)
Then i got a bunch of «upload documents failed» so l let the app to try later.

Now it said i exceeded the maximum number of attempts and to contact the support. I don’t think failed uploads should count to that limit.

What should i do from there in order to finnaly verify my account ?

Contact to support via app. I had the same problem and i got help in 10 minutes. Very good service.
