Problem in withdrawning cash from ATM in Japan

Hi Maste, where are you withdrawing cash from? Only Seven ATMs and combini ATMs will take Revolut. Lived in Tokyo for a year and had my Revolut card to hand in emergencies.

7/11 works fine, also Family Mart and all Post Offices.

For the cards that worked, were they MasterCard or Visa?

Hi there, same here. my mother got a Revolut card in Japan. I’m in France. I sent her money but she can’t withdraw the cash. Can someone help me ? Thanks :wink:
