Until 2 weeks ago I could request money via a mobile number and send money from my different bank, but now it’s not allowing me to transfer even though my bank has authorised it, it’s coming from a foreign account into my U.K. account. Was all working ok, but I’ve tried several times with no luck, any help please

It says something like it’s not supported, contact customer service. Which I can’t do at the moment as I’m in Turkiye, and I want to send some money to my account. It all goes fine till it’s processed then just stops the money!
