In a hotel in New York, I left a $500 deposit with my Revolut card. I still haven’t received it because when I contact them they tell me there’s a problem with my bank so with Revolut. Has anyone had this kind of problem? Thanks in advance.

Deposits for hotels can take up to 30 days (generally 7 or 30 for holds, but hotels the latter).
So you should see it on the 30th day when the payment returns automatically as the merchant isn’t going to collect it.
