premium plan fee

Hello

I have a premium plan and I got “Premium Plan Fee” on my GBP account last month for 6.99£
and for this month the charge it in my ILS account.
why was I charged to my ILS account instead of my GBP ? and how can I change it be deducted only from the GBP account.
