I have not received my PIN

Welcome to our community. We can understand you are not able to use your card without the PIN. To find your PIN:
- Go to the ‘Cards’ section, by tapping the card icon in the top right
- Find the relevant card and tap ‘Settings’
- Select ‘View PIN’
Please note that ‘Virtual Cards’ have no PIN and there’s no possibility to add one. You can also check this FAQ link where we have mentioned how to activate the physical card - How do I activate a physical card?
