I’m experiencing issues with my account related to my phone number. Despite attempts to sign in or sign up, I receive an error message. A service desk technician informed me that while an account was created, it’s inactive, and they closed it. However, I’m still unable to create a new account due to an unexpected error. Seeking guidance on resolving this matter
