Phone died in Peru

Hi All!
My phone crashed while I am abroad and the sim card is unable to receive texts (the two are separate issues, I’m just having a nightmare with phones at the moment!)

I bought a new phone and had to get a Peruvian sim card. But as Revolut is not available in Peru, the app won’t send me a message to set it up again. I have an account and a card, I just want to use the app on another phone.

Anyone know what to do? Help!

Hello @Ounie

If you have your old SIM card, you’ll need to set it up with the old number. If you can’t do that, you’ll need to get in touch with the :r: in-app support chat to get your phone number changed and then login with the new one. :frowning:

To do so, try to log in with your old phone number, click Forgot? when you’re asked for the PIN and then click Support. :slight_smile:
