Pending Verification and Limit Reached can't reach support


Have a pending deposit that hasn’t been credit yet into my Revolut. Noticed it was because I’ve reached by limits so I’ve submitted my document over a day ago - but still nothing.

Also I’ve tried to get hold of support on the Live Chat but it’s not possible to get a reply from the agent or even the bot.

Please advise
