Hi, I am signing up from US and trying to upload US Visa and another state ID. I have taken about a 100 pictures of my ID, but the app doesn’t move beyond that step. Doesnt verify the documents nor state an issue. Please help.

Welcome to our community. We are sorry to hear about your problem. We would request you to send us an email at help@revolut.com to cancel the existing registration.
Once the existing registration is cancelled, please start by following the basic troubleshooting steps.
- Clear cache & cookies: Ensure to clear the cache cookies on your phone.
- Strong Wifi: Make sure to check your wifi connection
- Updated version: Don’t forget to download the latest version of the Revolut app.
- Restart device: Restart your device once
After finishing these steps, please attempt to register once more and inform us if you encounter the same issue.
