Nobody responds to chats

I requested a virtual credit card almost 24 hours ago during a weekday. I got a message saying that we are processing your request. Please wait 10 minutes. I wrote to customer service on chat. Since last 2 days. No response at all. Am getting nervous! Any suggestions? I tried sending a message to Facebook . No response yet. Bad user experience for first try with revolut!!!
