I used Google to transferred my accounts from my old google phone to my new google one. Revolut was very difficult, and only worked after I uninstalled Revolut on the new phone and then reinstalled it on the new phone. Not very easy!
Revolut uses device binding to make sure only a legit owner of an account can access it. Since the device is an authenticator for strong customer authentication, new devices need to be authenticated first. Migration tools usually can’t handle device binding.
