New phone , how can I get the app again?

Hi All

I have the standard account , received my card and topped up a couple of times. I have now upgraded my phone and don’t seem to be able to install or receive the app again and I don’t know how or what to do ? Im here in Ireland . Please help

Dont seem? What prevents you from downloading it from the appropriate software repository for your device? Which phone is it?

New Samsung s8 . Tried to request the app again on the website and entered my mobile but no text comes through at all
