How does it work?

It’s about accounts set up in the Transfers section.
Hi @schousda yes you can now name your bank accounts contacts to something more memorable. You can find this in the payments area. Enjoy!

Very disappointing that the account set up does not let users specify which of their legal names are used on an everyday basis. There is an assumption that the first name on your legal ID is the only legal name you can use - that’s just not true. If it is on your birth certificate/passport etc then it’s legal. Not everyone uses their first name! I am now stuck with a card that doesn’t match my signature or any of the accounts that I use. Please can you fix this.
