My visa (F-1 to the US) has no picture, cannot create account

Hello,

I am a Canadian currently staying in the US for 6 months for an internship. I wish to use Revolut but I am unable to create an account. This is because it asks me to add an image of my Visa to create my account, but it rejects the image of my F-1 visa because it has no picture of me. However, F-1 visas do not have pictures. I saw that the F-1 visa is supported by Revolut, so I am wondering if there is a way to create an account despite the fact my visa has no picture. Thank you!

You are right. We do support F1 Visa. I would advise you to contact us via Help@revolut.com so that we can look into this issue for you and provide a timely resolution. :pray:
