My card is blocked.

For some strange reason my card is blocked.

No response so far from Chat support.

Nothing unusual today about either my usage or the vendor I’m using.

I have £34 on the card and was trying to pay £2.20.

when its in this state you can’t access any function within the app other
than chat.

Yes. It is a diffence if “just” the card is blocked or the account.
