my card was fine until one day I went into my local supermarket and it just wouldnt work something to do with the magnetic strip? It just wouldnt let me pay using the card even though i had more than enough money on it!
Have you made sure that mag stripe payments aren’t turned off in the cards security settings?

Do the transactions appear in the app as declined? If so the reason should be stated under the transaction. If not, then it might be a problem with your card. To fix that please contact support via the in app chat.
If the card is brand new, try and go to an atm and use your chip in order to activate it.
