Missing money - Eur account

Hello all,

I live in the Netherlands and have a revolut account. I transferred 500 euros from my Dutch bank account to my revolut (eur) account 2 working days ago. It is stated that this should only take 1 working day and previous tranfers via the UK account with reference number have been much quicker. The money is still not on my revolut account and is urgently needed.

I am not getting any reply from the live agent and the phone number leads nowhere usefull.

How can i chase this up quickly?

Unlikely. I have been trying to contact someone from Revolut for the past 2 days after my card did not arrive despite being ordered by express delivery. The only option I have found is the support chat that has now stopped working. If you discover a way to contact someone quickly please could you let me know?
