I’m Portuguese, but I recently moved to Macao, China and I didn’t had the time to order the card when I was in Portugal. So, I tried it here, with my Macanese phone number, but it just says “Oops, Something went wrong”.
Can anyone help me with this matter?

Revolut is only available if you are a resident of an EU country. If you have moved permanently to China it will not be available. However try and use the inapp chat or write to them on Twitter/Facebook.
Well, if you’re born Portuguese, you’re not losing your residency permit by moving to a non EEA country.
