Lost access to my account

I am locked out of my revolut account now for 5 days. I give my name ,DOB, and address and then request a passcode which never gets sent to my email.It says 'something went wrong".When i request it ro be sent via sms ,it says my phone number is not attached to this account.
Please help, i believe my details have been hacked.

Yes i am using the phone number that is attached to my revolut account.But when i try and contact ye via chat it says my phone is not registered to any active account.
