Locked account for no reason

Hi,

My account has been locked yesterday, after making a top up of 200 GBP.
To unlock the app, I had to add the bank statement 4 digit code.
To see this code I had to wait 24 hours, till my bank statement has been updated with this revolut transaction.
Today I entered the 4 digit code from my bank statement, but didn`t work, is saying that the code is wrong.
I tryed to contact the help desk throurg messeges, but I received an automatic mesaage that I will receive an answer in 24 hours.
