KYC waiting time killing … again. Can you make it efficient ? In less that a month the same old story. 1 week a month a have to wait for KYC team. What sort of service is that ?
Why don’t you separate KYC transactions?
Let say Personal top up or outside incoming money transfer increase limits automatically ? Funny enough your KYC team ask where the money coming from ? I say from me. And just for that I have to wait for a week ??? Ridiculous !!! I’ve spoken to KYC officer my self and he said that Revolut makes it complicated. If you move money within UK as a bank transfer only no KYC needed ! You can track it anyway.
