It says incorrect password when I try to log in

I’ve been trying to log into my revolut but it says incorrect passcode even though the passcode is correct. I’ve tried to get an OTP sent to my email,phone number as sms or through call. It still doesn’t work and I don’t receive any codes at all. I urgently need to access my account. Can anyone please assist. I already sent an email but it’s taking too long to get a response
