Is Country-Code of Revolut-MC not UK?

Hello,

in Germany, an owner of an ATM is allowed to demand a surcharge fee from Mastercard-Users like in the US.
But it is not allowed to demand a such surcharge fee from MC from foreign countries.
Yesterday I want to get some cash, and the ATM-Owner demanded a surcharge. I canceled the transaction.
Is the Country-Code of Revolut-MC not UK?
